 The aim of Remedial Massage is to reduce your pain and discomfort leaving you feeling rejuvenated. Remedial Massage aids the body's healing and helps to restore function. It is designed to balance muscle/soft tissue length, tension and tone which will in turn promote the return to normal joint/capsular/bone position; increase the flow of blood and lymph, particularly in the injured areas, aiding removing blockages, damaged cells, scar tissue and adhesion's resulting from injury. 

•  Remedial Massage is the      systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and      connective tissues of the body to assist in pain and injury management or rehabilitation. It can be used to reduce or eliminate pain and restore function.

•  Cupping is a treatment that draws blood to an affected area using special suction cups.
